I get really nervous answering these things because I worry about hurting feelings, and as I am new to role-playing I'm not sure my opinion counts all that much, but here goes!
With Gabriel's touchiness about his wings, I do find myself wondering what had happened to the poor dear to make him still be so protective of them after six-thousand years. Losing Lucifer I realize was traumatic for him, but I guess I would have thought at the very least he'd allow Aziraphale maybe to help him groom his wings. It gives (me at least) the impression that Gabriel is still not trusting. And considering how that trust shattered I can see why, but has no one earned his trust since then? I realize time passes differently for an angel than for humans, but in six thousand years (plus however long before Time even began) Gabriel is still touchy about it makes me wonder if other things had happened to keep him that way.
(Again, take it with a grain of salt, my Raphael has so many long-stemmed issues its unbelievable... XD)
I love Gabriel's compassion, and you do such a beautiful job of potraying how he longs to do what his Father commands but at the same time he loves mankind as well. The Angel of Mercy is strong in him, and sometimes I find myself wondering how he ended up being the one to destroy Sodom and Gommorrah. At the same time, I can see how he was when I see how protective he gets. You do a very good job of showing both without making him appear schietzophrenic.
Aziraphael? No. Michael, perhaps. Gabriel's a very private individual. He used to be marginally more open and then when Lucifer Fell he closed himself off even more to some extent and this simply turned into a habit of not letting people close enough. However, by this point he actually would let Michael at least groom his wings. He's just got a habit of being a more private person. And then he did run into Lucifer again and thought he was the same person, but he wasn't.
It's something I myself worry about, yes, but very soon he'll open up to Michael. <3 There's... layers to his trust. He gives everyone this initial level of trust and friendship but it's very hard to achieve a certainl level of trust with him.
Partly you do not attempt to rape him or an angel he cares about without expecting consequences, but mostly... he was ordered to by God, and he does anything God tells him.

Anyway, just my ten cents worth <3
