*hugs* As someone with a Paid Account, every now and then I get five free Virtual Gifts to send to people (you can probably see that in the LJ Accouncements). It doesn't cost me a thing besides a few minutes and it's really just a matter of who I want to send them to. So really, dear, there's no need for a thank-you gift! I do appreciate it, though. <3
