Gabriel's thoughts were as plain as day to Lucifer, and the Morningstar rejoiced. Though he found the cupcakes a rather heavy handed means to an end, at least Gabriel had finally listened to him. There was no telling how the angel would react once the spell faded, but doubt had been sown and Lucifer fully intended on cultivating it and seeing it grow.
He leaned in one final time and kissed Gabriel softly, fully on the lips, then pulled away, leaving the angel standing on his own.
Sliding his arm around Uriel's waist, he pulled the fallen angel to his side. "We must be going, but I will be glad to see you again Gabriel. Send a message if you wish, or know that you are always welcome by my side."
