Lucifer leaned forward to once again touch Gabriel's face, slowly letting his hand trail down the angel's neck and out across his shoulder. "Think about what I have said, Gabriel. You are not the one at fault, you have done no wrong. Ruling through fear is no way to rule at all. You have good reason to have questions and doubts."
