Gabriel was a little caught off guard by the sheer reverence Uriel was displaying - knowing it and seeing it were entirely different - and by Lucifer's behaviour.

"I missed you, too."

He should leave. Uriel was clearly happier here and nothing Gabriel could say would change that, and Gabriel himself was uncomfortable in Lucifer's presence.
